Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return

Email us at support@noblepawspets.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Contact us and we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used grooming tools and pet beds that show signs of use cannot be returned.
